It's simple - and FREE - to download the Zoom software that we'll use. I'll send you detailed instructions to make it super easy for you. 

During your online session, you'll have your webcam on, so we'll be able to see each other. That allows me to lead you through personalized Feldenkrais®  exercises to address your unique challenges.

  1. You first schedule a session. You can do that by clicking here.
  2. When you schedule the session, you'll tell me what issue(s) you'd like to address. Payment is made when you schedule the session.
  3. You have the option of sending me a riding video to review before your session. You can use WhatsApp, YouTube, etc.   
  4. If you don't already have Zoom installed on your device, I'll send you simple instructions on how to do that.
  5. On the day of your session, you'll need a computer or tablet with a webcam (or smartphone), an hour of uninterrupted time, a firm chair to sit in and space on the floor to lie down. Wear comfy clothes, such as yoga pants or sweat pants.  
  6. We meet online at the appointed date and time!
  7. Your session is recorded. The video recording is yours to keep and refer back to. 
  8. You and your horse enjoy your newfound lightness and freedom of movement! 

We'll meet for about an hour. 

It's helpful, but not essential. If you send in a video, it needs to be only a few minutes long.

If possible, have video taken from all directions: riding your horse toward the camera, away from the camera and from the left and right sides.   

Have video at the walk. You can also include trotting, cantering, jumping and any other activity that is appropriate.

A session is $147 USD. That includes your session recording and a week of personal email support from me.
